Service Description

Passport Photo Snap is a free, browser-based tool for creating passport and ID photos. All photo processing occurs on your device. We do not store or transmit your photos.

Print Pack & Refunds

The core editor is free. The optional Print Pack is a one-time $2.99 digital purchase (processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record) that unlocks print-ready photo sheets and a downloadable compliance report. It is licensed to you for personal use and can be restored on other devices with the license key from your receipt email.

Money-back guarantee: if a photo prepared with the Print Pack is rejected by a passport or visa authority, or the purchase doesn't work as described, email [email protected] from your purchase email within 30 days and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate specifications for each country's photo requirements, final acceptance of passport and ID photos is at the sole discretion of the relevant passport or government authority. We are not responsible for rejected photos.

This tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of country specifications, the quality of background removal, or the suitability of generated photos for any official purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this tool only for creating legitimate passport and ID photos. You are responsible for ensuring your photos meet the requirements of the relevant issuing authority.

Intellectual Property

Photos you create using this tool remain your property. We claim no ownership over any images processed through the tool.
